Peach Avocado Salsa
This is such a delicious summer salsa. I love to put it on top of tamales or in tacos. So fresh.
1/2 red onion
1 handful of cilantro
1 clove garlic
1 dash of pepper
Juice of one lime
Peaches are as sweet and juicy as they are cooling which is great for the warm summer months. They help with blood circulation and have a cleansing effect on the bladder and kidneys. They contain Vitamin E, B Vitamins, and lutein—a natural antioxidant. They are high in fiber and potassium as well.
Onions are a great detoxifier by removing parasites and heavy metals from your system. They contain antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antibiotic and antiviral properties.
