Falafel Pitas

Cook premade falafels in 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Heat pitas for last few minutes of falafel cooking. Cut up a tomato, an avocado, some feta cheese, half a red onion, half a cucumber, a handful of sprouts and spinach. Dress with hummus. Easy and delish.
