Tangy Radish Salad
Slice up radishes and display on plate. Dress with a mixture of good dijon mustard, olive oil and lemon juice. Spread in a thin line along the sliced up radish. This is great as a snack or an appetizer, and looks great.
Radishes are a good source of potassium, folic acid, vitamin B6, riboflavin, magnesium, copper and calcium. Radishes support digestion, and have antifungal and antibacterial qualities.
